Wellness Coaches is currently partnering with many national and regional health insurance brokers and consultants to promote total worker health in the workplace. We serve as an extension of our broker partners’ health and wellness solutions. We collaborate with our broker partners to deliver best-in-class engagement rates, risk reduction and health improvement outcomes. We work with our broker partners to ensure that their clients are effectively using wellness credits and maximizing benefits embedded in their health plan. We are having great success in bringing Nutrition Counseling into the workplace, as a covered benefit within most health plans, at no out-of-pocket cost to your clients.

We are working with many individuals, brokers, marketing/PR firms, and consultants to help them bring added value to their network. We understand that it takes time, effort and energy on your part to reach out and engage your network. This is why we are rolling out a Partnership Referral Program.


Here’s how it works:

Referral Fees

  • We will provide a $250 fee for every qualified customer meeting that you facilitate for our Nutrition Counseling Offering.
  • You make the connection via email or call, we set a meeting with your contact, and of course we will inform you of any progress.
  • If your customer agrees to bring Nutrition Counseling to their employees (which occurs in 80% of our customer meetings) then we will provide an additional marketing fee:
    • 10% of year 1 revenue
    • 7% every year after for the duration of the customer opportunity

Qualified Customer Meetings

  • We are currently targeting companies with 50 or more employees.
  • Company’s insurance carrier is one of the following: IBX, Independence Administrators, Cigna, AmeriHealth, Aetna, Medical Mutual of OH, Blue Cross of TX and Blue Cross of NC.
  • Your referral has an interest in attacking the #1 cause of poor health in America – poor nutrition.
  • What could the referral program mean to you? For every 50 lives, you could earn =$2,000 in just the 1st year.
